Hell, or the Underworld, in Terraria is basically as far down as you can go. It starts once you get past the Cavern layer, which amounts to digging through a good chunk of the world. If you're looking for numbers, it's usually around 3000 feet down from the surface in a large world. Strap on your mining helmet and get ready for a long descent!

Honestly, just fall down and keep going till the heat hits you. That鈥檚 when you know you've arrived in Hell.

It's a looong way down to Hell in Terraria, but the exact distance depends on the size of your world. Small worlds drop you into the fiery depths at about 2000 feet, medium worlds at around 2500 feet, and large worlds have you plummeting about 3000 feet. Pack snacks, it's a trip!

If you think about it, Hell is just one epic elevator ride away. But remember, the depth varies by world size, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer here.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
