According to some calculations by game enthusiasts, the Temple Run guy runs at about 15 mph initially but speeds up as you progress!
There's no official speed, but the game gets so fast it feels like he's running faster than an Olympic sprinter!
Personally, I've clocked him at around 15-20 mph based on in-game distances and time. Fast enough to escape, I guess!
