Just get the Lavaproof Fishing Hook from crates in Hardmode. Makes life easier than waiting on that Hotline Hook!

Honestly, just build a small water pond in the underworld and fish there. You don't always have to do things the hard way.

Fishing in lava in Terraria isn't as straightforward as fishing in water, but it's definitely doable! You'll need a few key items: firstly, a Hotline Fishing Hook, which you can snag as a rare drop from the Angler after completing quests (in Hardmode). If you're not there yet, crafting an Impish or a Lavaproof Fishing Rod will also do the trick. Don't forget Lavaproof Bug Net to catch some critters in the underworld for bait. Happy fishing!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
