Use the 'unstuck' command in the console. Press F3, then F8, uncheck 'Disable Console,' and press Enter. Type 'warpforward 1' to move your vehicle forward!

Try ramming it with your Seamoth or Prawn Suit; sometimes a good bump can set it free. Worked for me once!
