You can get the Triple Blade by defeating the Vice Admiral, who has a chance to drop it. Good luck, pirate!
Getting the Triple Blade is a bit of a grind, but worth it! You need to defeat the Vice Admiral boss. He has a low drop rate for the Triple Blade, so be prepared for multiple attempts.
In my experience, battling the Vice Admiral repeatedly finally got me the Triple Blade. It's pretty rare though!
