Gateway Plaza is kinda like that utility player on a sports team - not the star, but can save the day when you're in a pinch. It's great for mana-fixing in multicolored decks, especially in limited formats like draft or sealed where mana consistency can be a bit of a gamble. Just remember, it comes into play tapped AND you gotta pay 1 when it enters, so it's a bit of a slow poke.

I used Gateway Plaza in a 5-color jank deck and it was a lifesaver! Sure, it's slow, but in a pinch, it gets the job done. Plus, it's kind of fun to see your opponents' faces when you actually use it effectively.

Gateway Plaza? More like Gateway to disappointment in competitive play. Stick to faster, more efficient lands.

Honestly, Gateway Plaza is a pass for me in most constructed formats. Too slow and the mana cost is a buzzkill. There are better options out there for fixing your mana without putting the brakes on your game plan.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
