Meh, Surrak Dragonclaw is okay. There are better commanders out there. Yeah, he makes your critters uncounterable, but if you're playing in a casual group, that's not always a game-changer. I'd rather go with something that offers more direct board impact or card advantage.

Surrak Dragonclaw is actually pretty solid for EDH! His ability to make your creature spells uncounterable is super clutch in a format where blue control decks can be a real pain. Plus, giving himself trample ensures he can be a threat the moment he hits the board. If you're building a Temur-colored deck focused on big creatures and combat tricks, Surrak is your guy. Just make sure to pack your deck with enough impactful creatures to make the most of his abilities.

I run Surrak in my Temur creature deck, and he's a beast! Literally. Being able to slam down big creatures without worrying about pesky counterspells has turned the tide in many games. Plus, it's so satisfying to see the look on your opponent's face when you drop him and they know their counters are useless. Highly recommend giving him a try if you like an aggressive playstyle.
