Honestly, Trinity is a bit overrated. There are other frames that can heal and do more damage. Try Oberon or Wisp.
Trinity is bae. She saved my squad's bacon more times than I can count, especially in those endless missions. Blessing FTW!
Trinity is solid if you need a healer. Her abilities can keep the whole squad alive and energized, especially in high-level missions.
