How good will Hogaak be in MTG?

Meh, overrated. Sure, it's big and can come out of nowhere, but any decent graveyard hate will shut it down fast. In a meta full of Rest in Peace or Leyline of the Void, Hogaak isn't going to be the unstoppable force some people think it is.

Hogaak's gonna be a beast in formats like Modern! The card's a powerhouse because it can be cast from the graveyard, and its delve/convoke combo means it can hit the field surprisingly early. Plus, it's an 8/8 trampler for essentially nothing – that’s some serious value. Just watch out for graveyard hate, that’s its main weakness.

Hogaak totally changed the game for me. First time I slotted it into my deck, I steamrolled opponents who weren’t expecting it. It’s not just the power level; it’s the psychological effect on your opponents. They start panicking, throwing resources at stopping it, which just opens them up for the rest of your strategy.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
