Griefers in Fallout 76 are usually exploiting powerful weapons or stacking damage buff perks to land one-hit kills. Some high-level players also use specific legendary weapons that are modded or optimized for maximum damage. It's not always about hacks, but knowing the right combination of gear, perks, and buffs.

Honestly, sometimes it's just lag. You think it's one hit, but actually, you're getting hit multiple times without realizing it because of server lag.

It's all about the gear and perks. A well-placed shot with the right legendary weapon can wreck anyone. Also, don't forget some players are just REALLY good at finding your weak spot.

Cheats, plain and simple. Some players find ways to exploit the game mechanics or use unauthorized mods.
