How high can you build in Animal Crossing?
In Animal Crossing, especially in New Horizons, you're limited to terraforming with a max of three levels. You can't build or place any items on the fourth level, so the highest you can actively decorate and utilize is the third tier. It adds a nice bit of elevation variety, but yeah, don't expect skyscraper capabilities, folks.

3 levels is all you get, and honestly, that's plenty. Keeps the island vibes intact without turning it into a concrete jungle. Plus, it's more about creativity than height.
