How are Hot Wheels made in the factory?
BackingPeck路7 months agoHot Wheels start their life in a design studio where artists and engineers dream up the next cool car. Once the design is locked down, they create a detailed 3D model of the car. This model is then used to make molds for the die-cast process. Liquid zinc is poured into these molds to form the car's body. The cars are then polished and painted with a base coat, graphics (like those awesome flames!), and a clear coat for shine. After that, they're assembled, wheels and all, before being packaged and shipped out to stores or lucky kids' doorsteps.

Honestly, it's less about how they're made and more about the imagination they spark. Every Hot Wheel starts as a dream in some designer's mind and ends up in wild races in living rooms around the world.
They basically pour molten metal into molds to get the car bodies, then paint and assemble them with tiny, racing-ready wheels. It's like baking a cake, but with metal and way cooler.
