Go to Settings > Blocking, then scroll down to the Block Users section to find and unblock the person. It's super easy!

I had to do it myself a few times. You just go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Blocking. You'll see a list of blocked people, just find the one you need and hit Unblock.
Click on the little down arrow at the top-right corner, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings. Next, go to Blocking on the left sidebar, and hit Unblock next to the person's name.
