The periodic table is organized by increasing atomic number (number of protons), with elements grouped into rows (periods) and columns (groups) based on similar properties. Elements in the same group share similar chemical behaviors.

The periodic table starts with hydrogen at the top left and moves to higher atomic numbers to the right and down. Elements in the same column have similar properties!

It's all about the atomic numbers. Higher number, different spot.

In my chemistry class, I learned that the periodic table helps predict element properties by arranging them in rows and columns based on atomic number and electron configuration. It's a life-saver for exams!
