I changed my PSN name, and Dark Souls 3 kept showing my old name during invasions. It’s kinda funny but a bit annoying too!

If you change your PSN name, Dark Souls 3 will still remember your old name in some areas. You might see your old name in online interactions like invasions. But don't worry, your game progress won't be affected!

Honestly, changing your PSN name won't break anything in Dark Souls 3. Just a minor hiccup with the name display!

From my experience, you'll still see your old PSN name in multiplayer aspects of Dark Souls 3, but that’s about it. Everything else is smooth.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
