How is RR determined in Valorant?

RR, or Rank Rating, in Valorant is determined by a mix of your individual performance and whether your team wins or loses. The system looks at how well you play with your chosen agent, your kills, assists, use of abilities, and overall score. Winning a game will always net you some RR, but fragging out can boost that even more. If you lose but still performed like a champ, you might lose less RR or, in rare cases, still gain a small amount.

Just play well and win, easy peasy. Your RR goes up. You play bad and lose, down it goes. Valorant's RR system makes sure good players move up faster!

People overcomplicate it. Win games = gain RR. Lose games = lose RR. Sure, your performance matters, but not as much as just winning.

Actually, your performance barely matters if you're not winning the games. I've had tons of high-score losses but still lost a bunch of RR. Focus on team play for wins!

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
