MTG Arena's file size isn't static, but you're generally looking at around 15GB after installation. Keep in mind, though, this can swell with updates and new content, so make sure you've got a bit extra space to accommodate those!

Just checked mine, and it's just over 15GB. But yeah, depends on updates.
