Too long if you ask me. Feels like those dwellers are pregnant forever when you're waiting to expand your vault.
From my experience, it's 3 hours. I timed it once because I was curious. And yep, exactly 3 hours later, boom, baby dweller ready to grow up and contribute to vault society!
