Steam lets you refund a game within 14 days of purchase, given you've played it for less than 2 hours. So if you've practically just downloaded it and realized it's not your cup of tea (or your PC disagreed with it), you're in the clear for a refund!

Actually, I refunded a game after 2.5 hours because it had issues. Steam can be flexible if there's a good reason. Don't take this as a guarantee, but if your game is bugged, it鈥檚 worth a shot explaining your situation to customer support.
