Actually, it was about 7 years in the making. Bethesda shifted into gear for Fallout 4 development soon after Fallout 3's release back in 2008. They kept at it until the big reveal and release in 2015. A masterpiece doesn't rush, and Fallout 4 is proof of that.

Developing Fallout 4 took Bethesda Game Studios roughly 7 years! They started right after wrapping up Fallout 3 in 2008, then announced Fallout 4 in 2015, and released it the same year. Talk about a long haul but totally worth it for the epic adventure they delivered!

7 years, but who's counting? The time spent reflects in every detail of the post-apocalyptic world they crafted. Perfection takes time, and Fallout 4? It鈥檚 a wasteland wanderlust鈥檚 dream.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
