A MTG draft usually lasts about 3 to 4 hours, give or take. This includes building your deck and playing through the matches. If you're new, it might take a bit longer as you get the hang of picking cards and strategizing!

Honestly, it really depends on how fast people pick their cards and how long the matches go. I've been in drafts that finished in under 3 hours and some that stretched to 5. Quick picks and fast games make all the difference.

3 hours, tops. If it's taking longer, y'all are overthinking it or having too much fun chatting between rounds.

From personal experience, I'd say it averages around 3.5 hours. The drafting part is quick, maybe 30-45 minutes, but the matches can vary. Some games are super quick, while others are a battle of wits and strategy that takes time.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
