Just till your next turn - think of it as a very temporary timeout for that creature or card.

Honestly, Detain feels like forever when it's used against you, but it's just until the controller's next turn. A brief but effective way to stall your opponent!

Detain doesn't last forever, folks. It's just until the next turn of the person who played the Detain effect. Perfect for buying you one crucial turn to swing the game!

Detain lasts until your next turn! When you play a card that detains, the detained creature or card can't attack or block, and its activated abilities can't be activated, but just for the duration until your next turn rolls around. So, use it wisely to get ahead!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
