The download time for Apex Legends totally depends on your internet connection speed. On average, it’s around 30GB, so if you've got a decent connection (like 10 Mbps), you're looking at about an hour or so. But if you’re still living in the dial-up dark ages, might as well start the download then go watch a trilogy of movies.
TBH, it doesn't take long at all. Had it ready to roll in just under an hour with my internet kicking at full speed. Definitely worth the wait!
Forever if your internet is a potato. But realistically, with a solid connection, you shouldn't be waiting more than a couple of hours max. Clean your room or something in the meantime.
