In Fallout Shelter, once two Dwellers decide to have a baby, it takes exactly 3 hours for the baby to be born after the 'magic' happens. Remember, after birth, you'll need to wait another 3 hours for the baby to grow into a contributing Dweller.

Honestly, it feels like forever when you're waiting, but it's just 3 hours. Then another 3 hours of waiting for them to grow up. Patience is key in the Vault.
Quick tip: It's 3 hours. Time your baby boom well, or your Vault might get crowded when you're not ready!
3 hours too slow? I think it adds a nice pace to the game. Makes each new Dweller feel earned!
