Unlocking all agents in Valorant can be quite the grind, but it's mostly about how often you play and complete your daily and weekly missions. If you're playing a decent amount each day, you can expect to unlock a new agent every 2-3 weeks thanks to the mission XP contributing to your agent unlock progression. So, if you're starting from scratch, getting all the agents could take you a few months.

Gonna be real with you, it took me around 5 months to unlock all the agents in Valorant. I played pretty casually though - a few games a day and made sure to hit those daily missions. Patience is key, and remember to enjoy the game, not just the grind!
