Steam maintenance typically wraps up in about an hour. However, don't be shocked if it stretches up to 2 hours on a heavy day. It's a small price to pay for smooth gaming afterward!

45 mins, tops. Anything longer, and you're just unlucky.

Honestly, Steam maintenance can hit the 2-hour mark, but that's rare. Usually, it's quick, around an hour or so. Good time to catch up on your backlog of non-Steam games or, I dunno, go outside?

Based on my countless hours on Steam (not bragging, but kinda am), maintenance usually lasts around 1-2 hours. But hey, that's the perfect excuse to actually grab some food and see the sunlight, right?

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
