Finished it in around 15 hours with a mix of main story and side missions. Could easily spend more time exploring the city though.
Really depends on your playstyle! Took me around 20 hours because I couldn't stop messing around with all the crazy weapons and challenges!
My hot take: Speedrun mode! Just the main quests? About 8-10 hours. But why rush? Enjoy the chaos!
