The gym in Fallout Shelter is where your Dwellers go to buff up their Strength stat. The time it takes for a Dweller to gain a full stat point depends on their current level, the gym's level, and how many Dwellers are training at once. Generally, it can take from a few hours to over a day. So, if you're looking to get those gains, patience and a steady rotation of Dwellers are key!

It's a bit of a grind, tbh. Just leave them overnight and you'll see a difference by morning.

Honestly, it doesn't take that long, especially if you upgrade your gym. Quick tip: the higher the Dweller's initial Strength stat, the faster they'll train. So pick those naturally buff ones for the gym!

If you're a Fallout Shelter player looking for extra caps or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Fallout Shelter essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
