Next day, folks! Drop your resources off with the Nooklings, hit the hay, and boom – shop's up and running quicker than you can say 'Bellionaire'.

2 days? Too long. Should've been instant. I miss the old days of gaming.

It takes exactly 30 hours for the shop to be built in Animal Crossing once you've laid down the groundwork. So, if you finish all the necessary tasks and submit the required materials to Timmy and Tommy by noon, your brand-spanking-new shop will be ready to open its doors first thing in the morning two days later. It's like 2 days of waiting, but hey, gives you time to fish or catch bugs!

Honestly, it feels like forever. But it's technically just a 2-day wait in real-time. Patience is key in Animal Crossing, or just time travel if you can't wait (but shh, don't tell Tom Nook I said that).

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
