From personal experience, I've managed to squeeze out about 5 hours playing a mix of indie and less graphic-intensive games. Wasn't trying to push it with any AAA titles, though.

The Steam Deck's battery life really depends on what you're playing and the settings you're using. For less demanding games or if you're willing to dial back the graphics settings, you can expect to get somewhere around 7-8 hours of playtime. But for those high-end AAA titles cranked up to max settings, you might be looking at more like 2-4 hours before needing a recharge.

Honestly, the battery life isn't the best if you're planning to play very demanding games. For those, maybe keep a charger handy or stick to less resource-intensive games to get more playtime.

Just 2-4 hours for intense games, longer for less demanding ones. It varies a lot!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
