I finished my first neutral playthrough in around 7 hours. Took another 5 hours for a pacifist run, and about 9 to complete the Genocide route. So it's pretty variable!
I think my first neutral run was 6 hours, but speedrunners can do it in just over an hour! Different endings also change the playtime.
Honestly, if you rush, you can finish it in 5-6 hours. But why rush through such an amazing game?!
