Just the main story? Around 20 hours. But like a pizza, the experience can be as big as you want it to be!
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is around 15-20 hours for the main story, but you might spend double that if you're swinging around NYC doing side missions and collecting all those pesky tokens!
Finished it in a weekend, but then again, I couldn't stop playing!
