A full Terraria day, including both day and night, lasts 24 minutes in real-time. Daytime lasts 15 minutes, while nighttime takes up the remaining 9 minutes. So, if you're planning your adventures or construction projects, keep that cycle in mind!

15 minutes of pure daylight followed by 9 minutes of spooky darkness makes up the Terraria 24-minute day cycle. Perfect for quick game sessions but pace yourself; a lot can happen in Terraria time!

24 minutes? Way too long. I just use the Enchanted Sundial to skip to the next dawn when night falls. Nighttime is basically a coffee break.

Honestly, the day-night cycle is one of Terraria's coolest features. It really puts the pressure on when you're trying to finish up those builds before the zombies and eyes start spawning. Plus, catching the sunrise and sunset in-game is oddly satisfying. 10/10 would watch again.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
