I finished Sonic Mania in 6 hours, but I took my time exploring each level. It's definitely worth it!
It's as long as you make it. Speedrun? Maybe 2-3 hours. Trying to get all the extras? More than 10.
If you're a completionist aiming for all Chaos Emeralds and secrets, you might spend around 8-10 hours.
