Just the main story? You're looking at about 40-60 hours; but trust me, with all the DLCs and multiplayer, it can go on forever!
I finished the main campaign in about 45 hours, but that's without getting side-tracked by all the awesome side missions and battles.
It took me around 50 hours, but then again, I got distracted leading my skaven army to gnaw everything in sight!
30 hours if you rush through, but why would you? Enjoy the epic battles!
