The time it takes to download Animal Crossing totally depends on your internet connection speed. If you've got a fast broadband, it can be as quick as about 30 minutes. But if your internet's on the slower side or if it's a busy time of day, it might take a couple of hours. Just make sure you've got enough space on your Switch and maybe grab a snack while you wait!

Too long if you ask me. I mean, it's worth it, but still.

Honestly, it took me like, forever to download Animal Crossing. My internet was acting up that day, and it felt like an eternity. But usually, it shouldn't take more than an hour or so with a decent internet connection. So, maybe do it overnight if you're not in a rush!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
