It really depends on the theater and the country, but generally, popular anime movies like Demon Slayer can stay in theaters for a few weeks to a couple of months.
When the Mugen Train movie was released, it stayed in theaters for several weeks due to its massive popularity. Expect similar for any new Demon Slayer movie!
