I'd say sit tight and wait a bit. Most outages are resolved within a couple of hours.
It's hard to say exactly how long Facebook will be down, but they usually fix issues pretty quickly. So, it shouldn't be too long!
They'll fix it soon. Facebook has a great tech team on it!
