As long as there are active players and new games coming out for Xbox One, Microsoft will keep supporting it. Expect at least a few more years of patches and updates.

Microsoft hasn't given a specific end date, but Xbox One will likely be supported for several more years, considering the usual lifecycle of consoles and ongoing game releases.

Honestly, with the Xbox Series X/S out now, Xbox One support will fade in time. Maybe another 2 years max.
