You can only have one Animal Crossing island per Switch console. The game's data is linked to the Switch's hardware itself, not the user profile, so even if you have multiple profiles, you're all stuck sharing that one island getaway. Makes for some interesting family dynamics if you ask me!

Just ONE. Trust me, I've tried to find loopholes, but it's a no-go. You're gonna have to negotiate with whoever else wants to play on your Switch, cuz you'll all be living on the same island.

A big fat one. And honestly? It's part of the charm. Your island becomes like a little community project if you share the console.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
