In The Sims FreePlay, each household can have up to 4 Sims, including babies, kids, and adults. So, theoretically, you could have all 4 as babies, though it might get pretty chaotic!

Why not make a baby boom? Up to 4 babies per household if you're up for the challenge!

Max 4 Sims per house, so you could technically have 4 babies if you really want a full nursery.

From my experience, you can have up to 2 babies at the same time in a family. Just make sure you have enough cribs!
