In arcade battles, you usually need around 2-4 bombs, depending on their size and the base鈥檚 health.
Depends on the game mode and bomb size, but generally, aim for about 4,000 kg of bombs. Experiment a bit!
Honestly, it feels like a million sometimes, but 4-5 bombs from a B-17 should do the trick in realistic mode.
