Technically, there's no max limit to the number of cards you can have in play during a game of MTG. The game's rules don't set a hard cap, so you’re limited only by the physical space you have to play or how many cards you can manage without mixing them up. So go ahead, summon that army of creatures, just make sure you can keep track of them all!

No limit, really. But remember, managing a massive board can get complicated. More cards = more complexity.

I once played a game where we literally ran out of table space because both of us had so many cards in play. It was chaos, but in the best MTG kind of way. So yeah, no real limit, but maybe keep it practical, or invest in a bigger table!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
