In an MTG Arena draft, you get to pick and keep a total of 42 cards from the draft itself, plus any basic lands you might want to add later. Honestly, you get a ton. Exactly 42 cards from drafting, not counting the lands you can add for free later. It's like a buffet, but for Magic cards.
