More than you can count! Seriously, MTG Arena is constantly adding cards. Keeping track is like trying to count the stars.
Only what you need to win! But seriously, it's in the thousands. The real fun is in how you use 'em, not just how many there are.
Last I checked, MTGA had over 15,000 cards, but with new expansions dropping several times a year, that number's only going up. So, yeah, lots!
