A MTG fat pack, now more commonly known as a Bundle, typically contains 10 booster packs, each with 15 cards, so you're looking at about 150 cards total. Plus, there's usually a bit extra thrown in, like a pack of basic lands (about 20 cards), making the total number of cards a bit more than 170. Don't forget the helpful extras like a spindown life counter and a player's guide!

Nowadays, fat packs are called Bundles and they got 10 booster packs. So if you're counting just the boosters, it's 150 cards. But there's always a few extras in there too.

Honestly, just call it a Bundle! You get 150 cards from the boosters, but with lands and the other goodies, it's easily over 170.

IMO, Bundles are a rip-off. You're better off buying individual booster packs or singles if you're after something specific.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
