In Magic The Gathering tournaments, the minimum deck size is 60 cards for the main deck. However, there's no maximum size; as long as you can shuffle your deck unassisted, you're good. Don't forget, you can also have a sideboard consisting of up to 15 cards!

Listen, while the rule is 60 cards minimum, adding more can dilute your strategy. Stick to 60 for consistency. Seen too many folks mess up thinking more is better. It ain't.

60 cards. That's the magic number for your main deck in tournaments. But honestly, sticking to the minimum gives you the best chance to draw your best cards.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
