Just to keep it simple: 40 cards minimum for sealed deck play in Magic The Gathering. That's what you aim for after cracking open those 6 booster packs and mixing in your lands.

40. No more, no less. Well, actually, more if you want, but never less.

Honestly, 40 cards is just the start. Once you add lands, you're looking at more, but that's the magic number. And remember, those extra booster lands are your best friends in sealed play!

In a sealed MTG (Magic The Gathering) format, you start with 6 booster packs. From these packs, you'll build a minimum 40-card deck. This includes any number of basic lands you want to add, but remember, those 6 packs are what you've got to work with for your main deck and any sideboard cards!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
