Just a tad over 40. Remember, quality over quantity! Some of those cards can completely flip the game on its head if played right. Being Monarch means drawing an extra card at the end of your turn, so yeah, pretty big deal in a game where cards are resources.

In Magic The Gathering, there are over forty cards that directly interact with the Monarch mechanic across various sets. This includes cards that can make you the Monarch, cards that benefit you for being the Monarch, and cards that have additional effects if an opponent is the Monarch. It鈥檚 a dynamic mechanic that adds an extra layer of strategy, especially in multiplayer games!

Less than 50, but each one is a game changer. Honestly, not all Monarch cards are worth your deck space. Choose wisely!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
