How many cards is too many in MTG?
DistributingJoke路7 months agoIn the world of MTG, 60 is the golden number for most decks, especially if you're playing in a standard format. You CAN go over, but why dilute your chances of drawing your best spells and creatures? Stick to 60, and you'll keep your deck tight and efficient, just like a well-oiled goblin war machine.

Honestly, there's no such thing as too many cards in a deck if you're just there to have fun and see what crazy combos you can pull off. Sure, competitive play sticks to 60 cards, but kitchen table MTG? 100+ and let chaos reign!
60 cards, no more. Every card over that is just making your deck less consistent. It's like filling your pockets with rocks before a swim. Do you want to swim or sink?
